Yes! We welcome complete beginners of all ages. Our instructors are patient and experienced in teaching water safety and basic swimming skills in a comfortable, supportive environment.

We understand that illness happens. If you're sick, please contact us as soon as possible. With a doctor's note, we can offer a full credit for a future lesson rather than a refund. Your health and the health of our community come first.

Yes, you can request a specific instructor when booking. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, instructor assignments depend on availability. Rest assured, all our instructors are certified professionals.

Our youngest swimmers start at 6 months with parent participation in our Water Baby program. Children under 4 years old must have a parent or guardian present during the lesson. There's no maximum age — it's never too late to learn to swim!
