This agreement is entered into between VIP Swim Club and Sebastian and Juanita Gonzales

Rental Hours 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Payment Terms

Security Deposit (Hold Venue) Due upon signing
$400.00
Final Payment (Balance) Due before entrance on event date
$750.00
Total Package $1,150.00

Cancellation Policy

 Deposit: The security deposit of $400.00 is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, date changes, or event termination due to rule violations.

Venue Requirements

Important: The venue must be left exactly as it was upon arrival. All personal items, decorations, and trash must be removed before departure.

Rules & Regulations

Zero Tolerance Policy All drugs including marijuana are strictly prohibited at all times on the premises.
Guest Responsibility Renter is fully responsible for all guests and their actions at all times during the rental period.
Liability & Damages Renter assumes liability and is responsible for all damages to the venue, property, or equipment.
Termination Clause Unruly behavior will result in immediate termination of this contract. Renter and all guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

Electronic Signature

By signing below, you acknowledge that this electronic signature is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements. This document is legally binding.

By booking this venue, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this rental agreement.
