Cleanliness Requirements

Property Must Be Cleaned By Time of Vacancy

All areas must be cleaned and restored to original condition by 8:00 PM

Remove all decorations and personal items
Dispose of all trash in designated bins
Clean any spills or stains
Return all furniture to original positions

General Guidelines

Maximum of 70-80 guests permitted
Event setup may begin 30 minutes before rental time
No glitter, confetti, or similar materials that are difficult to clean
A security deposit will be required (refundable)

I agree to maintain no unruly or risky behavior during the rental period. I understand that Renter is responsible for all their guest's actions and any damages during the rental period. I agree that the property must be cleaned by the time of vacancy (8:00 PM) and restore the venue to its original condition. I have read and agree to comply with all Rules & Regulations stated above.

I release and hold harmless Owner, VIP Corporate Office, and VIP Swim Club from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by my party during the rental period.
I understand that the venue owner, VIP Corporate Office, and VIP Swim Club are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages to my party members or guests.
I assume full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all attendees during the event.

I have read and fully understand this Release of Liability and agree to its terms on behalf of myself and my party.
